Cancellation Fee There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For existing clients: Please be advised for your following appointment you will be charged 50% of previous service requested. For new clients: You forfeit your deposit. Must pay deposit again when booking next appointment. Booking for new clients All new clients are required to pay a $20 deposit. Deposit is credited towards your total. After your first visit, no deposit is required. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours you forfeit your deposit. Booking for returning clients After your first visit, a deposit is not required. If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your next appointment will require a $20 deposit. Please ensure to be at the address provided at least 15 minutes before appointment time. If you will be running late please send a text or call at least 30 minutes before appointment. Depending on how busy the books are for that day we may have to reschedule your appointment. Know Before You Go First Time Brazilian clients After shaving, you must let your hair grow for 4 weeks before coming in to your first wax appointment. Existing clients: Be sure to start exfoliating 3 days post wax. Hydrate every day after the shower when skin is damp. Prone to ingrowns? 2 weeks post wax, exfoliate every other day. When exfoliating, be sure to go the direction of hair growth and against. When hydrating, be sure to use a serum and an oil. Covid-19 To ensure safety, I will be wearing a mask or shield at all times. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea) please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If you have recently traveled outside the state and are experiencing symptoms, please reschedule 24 hours in advance.
